The best dads enjoy DONUTS!

Our elementary school hosts Donuts with Dads each year and it is a blast. We eat donuts, drink juice and coffee and then go back for seconds. We get to take funny pictures with our kids and head to the classroom.

This is the best part, the kids make their dads something special. This year, Brendan drew a picture of the two of us, looking at each other with a sunset in the background. He wrote a story about me, here is an excerpt.

"My dad always puts our family before himself." Here is Brendan's drawing and the story only gets better from here.
